For most people, Sunday’s in Boston involve relaxation and planning for a busy week ahead. For one local however, yesterday was a different story. Here, they ran a total of 7.75 miles to draw the face of the iconic Disney legend, Mickey Mouse.
Taking place in downtown Boston, the run took just over one hour to complete. However, this was not the most impressive feat, as the GPS tracker showed afterwards that Mickey’s face was drawn to perfection. Here, the runner even took the time to draw the mouse’s eyes and facial features. Unfortunately, the upcoming Boston Marathon won’t have the same route which is much more conventional.

Initially posted on Reddit, uses complimented the dedication, with one joking that the runner jumped to complete the eyes which were not attached to the rest of the face.
In a bizarre twist, the runner did not comment on their achievement and instead remained silent. This only added to the strange nature of the run which was seemingly done for no reason other than novelty. This brings us to our next question, which is whether the mystery runner will draw more cartoon characters in the future or whether this was a one-off.
